We have released new features to the Live DCS Site:

Enhanced Filtering for Active Requests:
We've introduced filters to the "Active Requests" section, mirroring the functionality already available in the "Completed Requests" section. This will enable users to apply filter criteria to column headings for faster item listing.

 

Reactivated Request Change:

The "Request Change" feature is now reactivated on the DCS platform, allowing users to submit metadata change requests within the system. Previously, this function sent a "Request Change" message from the DCS as if it were from the HEI user, using a spoof account. However, due to enhanced security measures at CLA, emails from spoof accounts are no longer received. To address this, we've adjusted the system to send emails from [e-mail], with the HEI user copied, ensuring that all users remain informed of communications.

OCLC WorldCat API Update:

As OCLC will be changing the way their 'Search' API works, we have updated the OCLC WorldCat API integration for title search returns and the OCLC WorldShare API integration for OCLC WorldShare LMS users to address these changes.
