We have released new features to the Live DCS Site:

Academic Request Form not redirecting from T&C Page

When a new lecturer logged into the Academic request form for the first time and accepted the T&C’s they were redirected back to the form rather than progressing. Refreshing the page simply reloaded the form, causing the user to get stuck. This has now been fixed.

CLA new office address update

We updated the DCS to include the CLA's new office address throughout.

EHESS order page range not updating when request updated

An issue was identified in which if a HEI updated the page range of an EHESS order, this caused the system to view it as distinct from the existing order, preventing the price from being altered. This has now been fixed so that the order is correctly identified even if the page range is changed, and the price is now able to be updated.

"Reinstate archived user" dropdown not allowing users to be selected 

A glitch prevented users from making a selection on the dropdown list for archived users. This has now been fixed.

Accepted EHESS orders with incorrect copyright/service cost prices

We had identified several EHESS orders in which the Copyright and Service Cost prices had been entered incorrectly at our end. Once accepted, these details could not be amended. This has been amended so that the ability to amend is still available to staff even once an order has been updated.
