Before HEIs can rollover in the DCS, all open EHESS orders must be closed in the DCS. This can be done either by the HEI where an order has not yet been accepted, or by the CLA where this option is not available.
This article covers how to:
- Find your open EHESS orders
- Accept open orders
- Contact CLA about open orders that cannot be accepted
Find your open EHESS orders
To find orders needing to be closed, scroll to the bottom of the DCS dashboard to the EHESS section. Here, you'll see a link called EHESS - Open Orders, with the number of open orders in brackets:
Click on this link and you'll be taken to a page showing you all the requests with open EHESS orders:
Click on each row to work through each request.
Accept open orders
On the request page, scroll down to the source content section where you can see your order. If an option to accept the order is available, click on this to accept and close your order:
If you see a message telling you the order can't be accepted, please archive your request from the course page and then reinstate it, which will allow you to make changes to your request. Then accept your order, and re-generate the content link to close the request again. The content link URL will not change so there's no need to replace this anywhere.
Contact CLA about open orders that cannot be accepted
If you don't see an option to accept the order, it may be that the order is still in progress or couldn't be fulfilled:
In this scenario, please contact support@cla.zendesk.com, referencing your request ID, and ask the support team to close the order for you.
