The Requests in Progress per User report in DCS2.0 provides institutions with a clear, user level summary of request activity. It helps administrators, librarians and support teams understand how many requests users currently have in process, as well as how many have been completed.
You can access the report under the Reporting tab, by selecting it from the drop-down menu, and selecting the date range you require to run the report.
The main purpose of this report is for when you want to review request activity during peak academic periods, and also to help in preparing internal metrics for library management, audit outstanding requests ahead of term starting.
The Report lists the HEI, the Username, the number of Active Requests and the number of Published Requests. A Requests in Progress per User will be all requests created and Content Items indicated that the request was published.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This report provides a summary of request activity by user. It shows the number of requests currently in progress and the number of requests that have been published, rather than details of individual requests.
