Adding a new assignee column to the active requests page

We have introduced a new 'Assignee' column in the Active Requests Table, allowing you to easily monitor and identify the users assigned to specific requests.


Bug fix: Stuck on 'delete scan' from completed request

Issue: 
If I try to delete a scan from a completed request, I am able to click to confirm I want to delete the item, but cannot then delete - nor do I get an error message. 

Solution:  
There is now a pop-up reading: This is the only scan available for this extract. Deleting the scan will also delete the archived request. Are you sure do you want to permanently delete this item?" When the user clicks ‘Yes’, BOTH the scan AND the request are deleted.
