The Completed Requests page shows all content requests where a link has been successfully generated and is ready to be shared with the students.
If a request appears in Completed Request it means the following:
-Licence and ownership checks have been completed
-The link is live and available for use
What you’ll find on the Completed Requests page
Each completed request is displayed in a table showing key information, including:
-title and extract details
-course name
-academic year
-request ID
-link status
You can customise the table by hiding or showing columns using the column filters beside each column heading.
What you can do from Completed Requests
From the Completed Requests page, HEI users can do the following by selecting the 3 dot menu beside the content item:
-open a completed request to view full details
-open the request in a new tab
-preview the PDF
-copy the generated link for use in a reading list or VLE
-clone content
-archive content
-delete content
If changes are required, open the request and edit the relevant section (for example, course or licence details). Once saved, the link can be regenerated if needed.
Completed Requests vs Requests in Progress
Requests in Progress
Requests where the link has not yet been generated and further action is required.
Completed Requests
Requests where the link has been generated and the content is ready for student access.
Once a link is generated, the request automatically moves from Requests in Progress to Completed Requests.
