This article will outline what the Request Progress table is in DCS 2.0 - a new function on the platform.
All live content requests that have not yet had a link generated appear here – these are requests that are still being processed or waiting for action so they won’t have moved to ‘Completed Requests’ yet.
Any requests that are still being processed (permissions checking, uploading a scan, awaiting metadata fixes, etc) and any requests that has been started but not yet finalised. The statuses of each request will be listed under the Status heading of the table: Pending Licence, Assigning Content, Assigned and Ready for Release.
The table supports new management tools introduced in DCS2.0 – you can hide or show specific columns using the 3 dot menu. Your settings are saved to your profile, so your preferences persist after logout.
This table differs from Completed Requests in the following ways:
Requests in Progress = Link is not generated yet – you are still working on it
Completed Requests = Link generated – ready for generated.
