We have released new features to the DCS live environment. Please see below for further details:
Email notification for new academic requests
Users can now set up email alerts for new academic requests. You will be able to do this from the My Institution page, under a new heading titled Email notifications:
You can have one email address set up per institution. Once turned on, this email address will receive an notification every morning at 8am detailing how many new academic requests need to be actioned.
Please note that the EHESS email notification option works the same way as before, the DCS user who submitted the EHESS order will receive a notification once the order has come through.
Refactor of the completed requests tab
We have also refactored the Completed Requests page so that this page loads faster. If you are from a larger HEI with lots of requests, please let us know how you are finding using the Completed Requests page.
Bug fixes
We are also releasing fixes to some bugs that have been reported to us by DCS users. We will be in touch with users individually to confirm these fixes.
