Multi Factor Authentication and First-time Login

The new DCS employs multi-factor authentication for increased security. This means that you will be emailed a code that you will need to enter each time you log in to the DCS.  

When you first log in to the DCS on March 16th, you will need to follow these steps: 

1. Go to https://contentstore.cla.co.uk 
2. Enter the email address associated with your DCS account 
3. Click Next 
4. Choose Forgot Password 
5. Click Email code to xxxxxxx

1. Wait a moment to receive a code from Microsoft
2. Enter this code when prompted on the login screen
3. Set a new password
4. You will then receive another code
5. Enter this code when prompted
6. You will then be signed into the DCS

Please note that you will need to accept the DCS T&Cs the first time you log in to the new system:

Once you have followed these steps, your account is set up.

Logging in after initial set up

The DCS will automatically log you out after 12 hours. You will need to enter a code from Microsoft every time you login. 

These are the steps you will need to follow:

1. Go to https://contentstore.cla.co.uk
2. Enter the email address associated with your DCS account
3. Enter your password and click Sign In
4. Verify your identity and request a code

5. Paste the code from your inbox when prompted

6. You will then be logged in (note that you will not need to accept the T&Cs each time you login)
