To optimise the user experience, the DCS now has a new menu for actions which can be found on each of the following tables on the platform:
- Active Requests
- Completed Requests
- Search and Discover
- Users
- Courses
- Content Request Page
Look for this icon at the end of each row within a table to see which actions you can apply:
This article explains the actions each of the menus contain and compares the visuals from DCS 1 to DCS 2 for clarity.
- Active Requests (known as Requests in Progress on DCS 1)

- Delete content request – deletes the content request. Please note that you cannot delete new content requests that have come from the Academic Request Form or an RLMS integration. They need to be assigned to a DCS user before they can be deleted.
