To override either Licence Compliance and/or Ownership, click on the Override drop- downs:
Select the appropriate override option:
You will now need to click Save to save your changes. Clicking “save” will allow you to continue with the content request. Clicking “cancel” will discard the override options you have just made:
Once you have clicked Save, you can see that your overrides have been applied, and you can move on to the next section:
The Edit button will need to be clicked to make changes to the following sections on the Content Request page:
- Extract details – not mandatory
- Licence Compliance Verification – mandatory if not covered by the CLA licence or found in the integrated LMS
- Course and Lecturer – course is mandatory, lecturer is not
- Extent limits – mandatory if the % is over 10% and you need to manually confirm the extract is within extent limits (this replaces the Confirm one chapter option in DCS 1.0)
