The below outlines bugs that were raised by HEIs that affected all users. The cause of these bugs were identified and fixed in the month of March.

Notes not pulling through from original Academic Requests
Notes that were added to an original Academic Request were not being pulled through to the Content Request "notes" field. This has now been fixed:
2. Course codes not populated in Completed Requests table
Course codes were missing from the Completed Requests table. This has now been fixed:
3. Requester name should be used instead of requester email when submitting requests via API
Requests made via API were showing an email address as the requester, instead of the full name of the requester. This has now been fixed:
4. OCR flags not migrated
It was noted that OCR flags had not been pulled through for content migrated from DCS 1 to DCS 2. This did not appear to affect newly created requests. This has now been fixed:
5. Inability to Reject Content Request
Users were not able to reject a content request past the Academic Request stage. This has now been fixed. Users are given a list of options as a reason for rejection, and have the ability to email the rejection reason to the lecturer:
